Explorations

Every journey begins with a step into the unknown.

A question. A glimpse of something calling. The quiet sense that life is asking for a different kind of attention.

This is where I love to begin.

Not from fixed maps, ready-made methods or predefined answers, but by becoming curious about the landscape. About what is already here, what wants to grow, and the path that slowly reveals itself as we walk.

Rather than following someone else's route, we learn to explore the territory: noticing what is already present, trusting what emerges, discovering the next step—not because it was planned, but because it has become visible.

And, from there, creating the conditions for what is already alive to unfold in its own way.
